In order to provide our clients with the best service and customer experience, We have created an understanding cancellation and refund policy.
Structured Project Planning and Organization
We organize each project by breaking down work into stages. Every project begins by conducting a complete investigation and creating an outline of the work plan.
Task Clarity and Risk Reduction
This document is created to ensure the parties involved have a thorough knowledge of the required tasks and to reduce the risk of cancellations, reversals, or disagreements.
Refunds and Task Completion
Since there is a time commitment to achieving each milestone and finishing every section, refunds may not be feasible for work that has already been completed.
Mutual Project Closure and Payments
If an end of a project is on a mutual basis, the client will be in control over all completed work, and any payments for future development will be null and void. Any advance payment made against this assignment could be adjusted to the work done so far till the mutual exit of the project.
Refund Policy post-Mock-up Approval
There is no refund for payments after the client has approved mock-ups and we enter the design part of the design.
No Partial Refunds
There is no partial refund for projects midway through a crucial phase. There is no cancellation policy for the services that our company’s marketing department has provided on special occasions. These offers last only a limited amount of time and cannot be canceled.
Subscription Cancelation Policy
Our digital marketing services aren’t refundable; however, clients can cancel their subscriptions by giving written notice at least 30 days before the date.
Refund Policy for Dormant Policy
We cannot offer refunds for deposits or payments made if projects are abandoned or remain dormant for more than 30 calendar days.
